These workshops are for farmers and agricultural professionals interested in learning how to compost routine livestock mortalities.
The workshop will cover the basic concepts of successful composting, site ID, materials, carcass preparation, pile construction, and pile monitoring and management.
Composting applications for all livestock species will be discussed. Live workshop demonstrations will include handling and composting a livestock carcass. |
