Through this program you can receive up to 20 hours of technical services at the rate that you are able to pay.  The total number of hours provided to you at a reduced-rate will be determined based on the scope of your project.  Once the time allotted to you at a reduced-rate has been expended, additional services provided at the request of the participant will be billable at a rate of $65/ hour.
